I love Twitter. I honestly do. I've met some awesome people, gotten plenty of last-minute much-needed advice, and learned a lot of things through links I wouldn't otherwise have come across

There's no reason at all why you shouldn't bitch about your chocolate consumption. Really, it doesn't matter if he knows, or he doesn't. and if he does know, he'll probably feel a (subtle) twinge of guilt for hurting your feelings - which he deserves. Or you could go back to tweeting about your personal/imagined life.
Censoring yourself for an ex is possibly one of the most harmful things you can do. I know this from experience. It's problematic because it cuts the other people with whom you engage, out of your life in the same manner that it does your ex - and quite frankly - as one fo those people, I think we deserve just a little bit more love :p
