Things are worse. It turns out that there is no way that she will be cured. The only possibility now is prolonging her life...maybe a few years, but more likely a few months.

Hi Amy...thank you, thank you, thank you! Seriously, this means a lot. I actually just journaled and things are a bit more positive, although I may need to talk down the road. I know that it's going to be up and down a lot. I also found a couple of message boards for caregivers and they have been a huge help. Although I don't want other people to be going through what I am going through, it does help to know that I am not alone. It's good to hear other people's stories and advice.

On a totally unrelated note...I want to give away some books. If you see anything on my available shelf that interests you, let me know and I will send it off to you as a RABCK. I want to send a bunch of books traveling after the holidays.

Hey, you have already RABCK'd me! I did finish that book about the guys going to Vegas - looks like it's coming out as a movie and maybe I'll release it there... thanks though! :-)

That would be fun to release it at the movie. I had no idea that it was being turned into a movie. They do show a ton of various documentaries on the same MIT kids and other groups, constantly on the travel channel.

I know that I already RABCKed you, but if you see anything else, let me know. I need to clear some space!
