Had our second session of antenatal class with Mrs Wong Boh Boi. We started with a video showing during types of Pain Relief and also methods of relaxation. The video show that  epidural is the most effective pain relief method. Since it’s my first pregnancy, we decided to prepare ourselves as parent by attending antenatal class. Our first class started yesterday at AMK Hub with Mrs Wong Boh Boi. She is highly recommended and sought after, and so we specifically choose to get a class with her. The class was overwhelmed with 36 mummies + daddies!
