This person knew who Christ is.........shishiSeptember 24 2004, 14:53:50 UTC
........and somewhere you still do.
Hey, i witnessed to a guy yesterday at work. it was awesome. i gave him his coffee, and he asked about my nametag (i drew a little heart with a cross in it, next to my name on my nametag). he asked if it had any special meaning, or if i just thought it would look pretty. we ended up talking about the Lord for awhile-- he wasn't a christian but he had some born-again-christian friends, and he was really interested in it. When i told him i've been a christian for little over a year, he asked what had motivated me, so i ended up giving him a short testimony (being wiccan, depression, and Musicon). And after he left, i was on like a Jesus-high... i can't remember the last time i'd felt so happy, all i could do was just laugh joyfully (good thing no one was in the store ^_^)!! it was so awesome.

How about this...
I was born and raised a Roman Catholic. I was baptized and went through my second holy communion and accepted god and jesus as my savior. At one point in my life, I seriously believed in all the things the church told me, and i read the bible, and I thought I was happy. But, as I grew up, I realized that Christianity just wasn't for me, and I think that Kari has made that clear, so you should just learn to accept that and back off. We're all glad that you love Christ, but you don't have to go around pushing your beliefs on others.
Just to be an outside, somewhat neutral voice... (as biased as I may be)
I can understand the "anonymous" crap annoying you (and the many co-commenting peeps), it’d annoy me and I still claim to be somewhat of a Christian. I mean, Jesus never did anything anonymous and always publically stood behind His teachings even when they were twisted or misunderstood. He always meant well, whether you believe Him to be God or just a misguided teacher.
My only question (not to you by the way Kari, since you’ve never made such comments ) and it's more rhetoric than a question, what’s with the sex and masturbation statements?
My points:
01) He did everything well, so I imagine He’d be amazing in bed.
02a) There’s more to life than sex.
02b) He didn’t have many “shepard buddies”
03) He may be watching but I’m sure He’s bored.
04) “Anonymous” people should claim to be working for Christ, don’t use His name unless you’re willing to stand by your own as well.
Oh Man, hear hear to Myk's comment! Yeh, um so I posted on Karis previous entry, the one under discussion, so no need to expand on that. But. Yeh, annoymous, I suggest you rent a little movie called Saved!. Its actually a really good movie. A little tiny bit offensive as far as stereotyping goes, but that takes away from the movies central point. Now Im not saying your like her at all, cause I dont know u from a hole in the wall, but Mandy Moore's character was allllll about trying to butt in on peoples spiritual situations and felt she needed to save as many people as possible. In the end, she changes for the better, b/c like myk said above here-> "people shouldn't claim to be working for Christ, don’t use His name unless you’re willing to stand by your own as well." So yeh, I pass no judgement on you, seeing as that is not my job at all, neither yours (again, not accusing u of that, just going on others comments). Just giving my opinion and advice on a good movie watch.
Have you tried to trace the IP? You might be able to find out who it is. I had similar problems with anonymous posting a while back, and I finally had to block it.
