I started up a Facebook account under the name karkajou automaton.
FB's mobile interface is much better than LJ so I've been using that instead.

Here's another one i slapped together..
It looks like the next one is taking 2.5 hours to upload.. and youtube may not take it because it is 12 minutes (2 minutes over their 10 minute mark).. also uploading these to myspace and last.fm.. eating up my bandwidth.. om nom nom.. -

I wish i could make lj pewp rss journal entries over to myspace blog.. or vice versa.. so i can just update posts from one interface.. -
monkeying around with album art
I tinkered around with brushes and layers over the weekend. The outer traycard art came out well so I kept the changes on that. I plan to use similar effects for the interior boolklet and liner notes.
I attempted to revamp the outer booklet and cover but I ended up trashing the changes. I had a cool black melted plastic look going on the cover but ( Read more... ) -

another dead laptop
This release is cursed. Luckily I was working on the artwork from an external drive and backing up to local drives, so I don't think I lost the images I was working on. This still pisses me off though. I already lost 2 desktops and another laptop before this one in the course of working on this particular cd. I must resist urge to curl up and die. ( Read more... ) -
cd art project
Printed the cut sheets for the outer booklet and the back traycard. Looks passable. Love the barcode. Makes things feel more official.
