Today is my first day of eliminating sugar from my diet. I am excited about this but not sure how the withdrawal will go. Hopefully it's not bad like some of the people that I have read. My sister is a nut job. I just got an email from her cat... with a picture... I realize she's working from home right now and probably gets pretty bored but Jesus...

I'm at 176.8 1.2 lbs left to go.  Whoo Doggy. Three more days. For a stressful couple of weeks, not bad.

Lost 2.2 pounds

Total lost is 6.8.,  that leaves me only 3.2. It's definitely doable in 11 days. I may have to break out the videos and start doing them again.

Well, Lost a pound, I'm at 181, so, 4.6 pounds lost, 5.4 to go. Gotta get working out more, I know that. Being half way to v-day is a little scary, I have more to lose!!!

I broke a damn bracket off today, I apparently tried to eat the spoon too. I think it just caught on the bracket and basically peeled it off. So, I need to make a trip to the Ortho and get it put back on.
