soo, i've discovered something. I went a couple days... maybe a week, eating a LOT of junk and little veggies. I was full of anxiety, i was TIRED, bitchy... just not good. Now, just a couple days of eating HEALTHY- lots of fruit, soy, and veggies... and i'm calm, energetic, and HAPPY GO LUCKY. wow- so, at least on me, what i eat greatly impacts my
