Last night on her show, Rachel Maddow states the same thing I did, more or less, on the night of 18 May. In fact, she states that SC-4 Republican Representative Bob Inglis is the only incumbent

It makes me crazy when there's a panel with him and Rachel, though. Oh, what to do?
