i have been trying to get some shut eye for almost four hours now, to no avail. i tried almost everything: lavender-jasmine soothing lotion, chamomile tea, advil. i even tried watching tv in the hopes of tiring my eyelids to slumber. but damn it, nothing works.

it could have been the shoes you borrowed from me that caused your leg pain. sorry? next time sneak out some try the tylenol 3 we have.

Aw I'm so sorry about your leg pains.
Not being able to sleep is the most horrid thing that could happen.
I hope the next few days are filled with slumber.
I had a full tv show season of not being able to sleep properly for about a fortnight it killed me.

That word is amazing I'm stealing it, btw your use of words makes my life happy. C8

hmm i take my sleep for granted. so i have some tips for you.
wash your sheets. it sounds silly but wash everything. when everything smells nice you tend to get more comfortable in your bed. also make sure your surroundings are cold, i always get sleepy when i'm cold. eat something heavy. pasta's good it'll weigh you down and make you sleepy?

that's what i do when i can't sleep. i hope that helps.

This might be late, but when I can't sleep, I read. I've had those nights where I could never get to sleep no matter what I did usually because of thoughts never leaving me alone, so I usually just read, even if I don't get to bed.

Good luck with your leg! I think the only thing that can help leg aches is time.
