So. Weight "issues"
December 2nd = 261 pounds
January 3rd = 252 pounds
February 2nd = 238.5 pounds.

I've set reminders on my phone so I remember to eat. I'm usually taking in between 1500 and 1800 calories per day. Some days I fall a little short, but I never go below 1200 calories a day. Most days it is a struggle to get that high.

YAY! Congrats! So far my weight goals have gone by the wayside. I'm not losing any.

I understand. I still don't have an appetite. Which is one if the reasons I think I am doing well. That and making myself eat 5 times a day helps. I haven't had a soda since right after my surgery. I drink primarily water. And my goal is to drink at minimum 1 liter of water per day.

Good job! Save your money and find a nice park with a walking trail to start rather than paying for a gym membership.
