I'm a horrible person. I lied to everyone. I'm not going to be back in the States on June 5. I'm going to be back on June 3!!! I just re-looked at my ticket yesterday, and I realized that I had been wrong this whole time. So that was quite exciting. :) My flight lands around 9:30 in Tampa, if anyone wants to come see me. ;-P ( Read more... )

hey hun
I completely see eye to eye level with you about the whole "let me out of here" aspect. It's not that we don't enjoy our abroad experience, but I personally have realized that America is what we know, therefore we love it more than any other country.
*SO jealous that you are going home b4 me, and I think you left after me too.* I migrate back the 11th, but at least I went home for spring break lol. Yea, at my parents plea I did that, and I think it made me miss home more than EVER.
Do they really pee in the sinks like Nancy forewarned you? :)

Yay, finally someone who understands. I'm sorry you don't get back until the 11, as I'm sure going back to Mexico after spring break was very difficult. One of my friends came over to visit me during mine, and that made me homesick enough. I can't imagine what it would have been like to actually go home and then have to leave again.

As of now, I've yet to see anyone pee in the sink. I maintain that Nancy doesn't really know what she's talking about...

Hopefully you won't look back on your experience in France and always think it was an experience you didn't fully expose. Cause lets be honest, just going is amazing enough for people like myself who've never had the opportunity. I think you even said it at one point that France would be a great learning experience. I think its obvious you've realized how much you love home. And if that's what France has taught you, then awesome. And I'm sure there are a million other things you've realized about yourself while being outside of your comfort zone over there, things Im sure you'll take with you everywhere you go. Besides, just making the decision to go abroad is big enough, not many people are brave enough to step out of a comfortable lifestyle and challenge themselves. That makes you the wiser and stronger person.

If nothin else, im sure you had a kick ass time! :-P

Bisous!
