Must post more, but sleep gets me before anything else, every day. 12-hour days lately but it's hard to complain when there's so much love. We're in a groove now. I love them and they love me. Today a little girl in my class said she had a secret to tell me. She said "Don't tell anyone" and I agreed and bent down next to her chair and she got up close to my ear and said "Girls are really stronger than boys" and I said "Yes, that's true. You're right." She smiled at me and looked proud. Damn right we are.

People keep telling me I'm teaching them "all they'll ever need to know" and maybe that's why I'm so tired all the time. I had to send one sore tummy to the office and leave another in class. Most people she never tells about the tightrope because she doesn't want to listen to their helpful comments from the ground.

It's been a little while, as usual. Things are all fine. I had a beautiful birthday at Nana's house with the family. She made massive amounts of taco goodies and beautiful tortilla bowls and we feasted and finished it off with a lovely cake.
