i know the web is open to my disposal, but i have very limited internet time, so i was wondering if anyone could recommend or find or tell me what words to search with to find a computer voice thing, ie for people that can't read good.

last week i mistook my left index finger for a crisp and bit it so hard i bruised the nail.
