Whoah, Whoah, Draco/Hermione? Draco/Hermione? DRACO/HERMIONE!? When did that happen!? But, moving on, this whole book is really painful to read...Especially the parts when Edward's HAWTNESS is described in great detail. It hurts the part of me that hates Sues. But...I can't...I can't stop reading this...this...thing! D8

Draco/Hermione is actually a rather popular ship in the HP fandom, or at least it was at one point. I haven't really touched that place with a ten-foot pole in ages. <8(; But as a result, such things don't surprise me anymore.

OP here, commenting from an RP journal because I'm too lazy to log out!

Don't worry about it, I love thoughtful comments! You're very correct on all those points-- this story isn't a romance so much as it's just a poorly-written, sparkly fantasy. There's no real affection, or if there is, what little of it is shown is quashed almost as quickly as it shows up.

The one boon that I felt the movie had in its favor was the fact that it DID show a few of those cute moments, and even though it was still pretty bad, it made a world of difference. This was mainly because it actually had some writers working on it who knew what they were doing.

Unlike a certain 'author'.
