A bit of a scare

My Leading Man does not like going to the doctor. Not that most of us do, but he's particularly stubborn about it, so he hasn't gone for a check-up in something like 10 years. He's also obese - probably on the morbidly obese side - has a family history of heart disease, loves his snack foods, hates exercise, and is 53 years old ( Read more... )

It does sound as if, though he's well down a very bad road, that this was a good alarm before anything too bad has happened. Hopefully that will make it easier to turn around and get on a better track! I'll keep my fingers crossed for both of you. ~hugs~ (And if you get the chance to watch the echo, you should. It is fascinating.)
