Am I the only one who gets hideously uncomfortable when people try to "take care" of me? I mean like if a signifacant other does it on a very small scale it's sweet, but otherwise it just makes me feel worse. I think it's the lack of independence. Either that or I just hate people babying me. Probably the second one. grr...

nah, you're not alone. When I'm sick I get kinda crabby. I want people to leave me alone, and if I need something, I'll ask for it. I figured this out when I had poison oak all over my face... I didn't really feel like talking. Of course, most fo the time, when I ask, it consists of me whining...I'm a horrible person to be sick^^;
