My gym MP3 players just about to finally collapse so I'm looking for a new one. I'd ideally like something light and easily mountable on an armband that has a radio as well. Any ideas?

It's really odd that different cultures and different people seem to see boasting or being proud as something that you really shouldn't do. .. at last I've managed to finish my dissertation and hence my MBA. I'm excited by finishing it all but am left with a distinct 'was that it' feeling. Perhaps now I've for the time to read all the books for the course that they provided then maybe I'll be able to absorb more of the information. Al's not around this week, he's on a training course for 3 weeks which I'm finding distinctly odd. I'm usually the one that travels away from home and when I do I'm always really busy so although I miss being at home I don't have time to dwell on it. What with the whole not finishing the dissertation despite the deadlines and new jobs getting too much I've decided to cut my losses and face the fact that I can't take part in the Triathlon at the end of the month. The training is just too much to cope with at the moment and I just can't fit it all in. :(

I'm having a nightmare trying to get motivated to do my dissertation, it's officially in on Friday which I have no chance of making but I have a 2 week extension but it's just not happening. I just feel so tired and don't feel like I have the energy to face it. Any ideas?

Recovering today after a night out to celebrate Alan's last day at work. We went out with a few guys from EK and Stanley groups and had a blast! Well I'm here in San Diego, it took 12 hours of flying and 25 hours of being awake to get here and I'm feeling O.K. actually. I'm having a rest day today and supposed to be working on my dissertation but at the moment I'm procrastinating!! I will get there later, honest!
