I am very tired.

Almost all of the time.  I wake up tired. I go to bed tired. I survive being tired.

It's the norm for me.  I have an auto-immune disease that sucks my energy on a good day. Add in daily stress, my shitty diet and the laziness that keeps me out of the gym and you've got an extra tired Kate.

I am very annoyed.

I hope you can eventually find a good replacement that works for you. It's hard to have to give up something you love so much.

I remember when I got out the hospital after I was first diagnosed with ITP, I tried to run and fell over. That ended physical exercise for me for the next several years. My sisters had played basketball and joined JROTC. Those weren't options for me. Eventually I got back into walking again...and then I wrecked my feet by working at a job where I had to stand eight hours a day for seven years.

I guess what I'm saying is, I feel ya.

I had a therapist who, in the middle of my breakdown, said to me, "none of that bullshit, what you need to do is go for a walk." So, I did. And I have never doubted her since.

I am so sorry you have these problems. Your hip must make running/walking too painful. I hope at some point you find some type of exercise that you can do despite your hip.
