Today is the first time in months when I've felt again like I want to be a classicist.

Also, I have signed myself up for a very fucking crazy semester.

I've been following the riots in Athens and Thessaloniki all day via Twitter and Flickr, recognizing a lot of the places in question, and just now heard that the National Archaeological Museum may be on fire.

At least there haven't been any deaths among protesters or police yet.

Chapter 1 Draft: finished, printed, collated, paperclipped, and turned in, about 40 minutes ago. I feel completely triumphant.
