Its time to restart weight watchers. For the first time in the 300 times id previously joined i had started seeing progress - with me and my ww partner both losing about 20 lbs each. Ahh nightshift hours. its 3:51 am. im wide awake...this has gone on every day for the last 2 weeks. i previously had been able to break my work sleep schedule when id have a couple days off...now i never see the light of day. this is getting old. thereis NOTHING to do online.

Well at least when i say i lack committment skills its good to see it transcends all areas of my life...obviously why i have not been continuing this blog.
