Goodness - a legal victory without the learned counsel of a lawyer!

I will now slink away in disgust (and bemoan the lost legal fees).

You should have come to me. That way, you would have got the same result (i.e. credited with the amount that they originally said you would pay), and a whopping great bill from me for probably double what Telstra wanted you to pay in their first bill.

Aren't monopolies wonderful?
