It's really bizzare, I decided to start looking up a few historical things about my suburb- my pride and joy, Peakhurst- and found some awesome old photos dating back to 1877!!! It's incredible, and yes I am aware I am a nerd.

I found out that where I live is the third settlement of Australia. That's right! Toongabbie was third. Kath I see a snowball effect occurring...

Yes you ARE a giant nerd...and no, no-one gives a shit about the history of my beloved Bankstown...matter of fact I think all the documents went up in flames along with the council chambers a couple of years ago - and I guess that says it all!
