The event is over but there is still work to do.

The departments I ran did pretty good:

Consuite: Had health food, did not run out of coffee or drinks, and came in under budget .  Still to do is get receipts in order and separated out by category and get to next years Consuite person and treasurer.

Blood Drive: Had a good showing of 52 with 46

You did a fabulous job. The consuite was kept clean and the healthier food was terrific. Maybe InCon should do away with soda all together? If the auction brought in the largest or even one of the largest amounts, then that is also great. Please do not ever put minimum bids on things. I heard talk of this at the con and think it would be a bad idea. In previous years no minimum was stated but it was said that the bid was not enough and no one ended up with the item. This was before you were running it, but it SUCKED. The only thing to say about the blood drive is congratulations! Keep up the good work and slow down. Going down to two departments is a wonderful idea. : )
