After a conversation yesterday about Chef-Boyardee, I started thinking about some of the odd food combinations I still eat. Although I definitely have a more discerning palate now, there are still some favorite combinations that I will go back to every once I a while. Here are some of mine ( Read more... )

hmmm..strange food combo's

french fries dipped in ketchup/mayonaise mix (though in milkshake is good too)
scrambled eggs with kielbasa slices sauted
Homemade coolatta (vanilla icecream, crushed ice, instant expresso powder, vanilla extract and sugar)

Thats about as weird as i get...i think you still win.

Try a taco seasoning pack mixed with sour cream. It makes a great dip!

Some of my favorites include green olives with tuna fish, peanut butter sammiches dipped in chicken soup- but it has to be the dry mix kind, not from a can - and raisins and peanut butter.

My mother put green olives in everything when I grew up, even meatloaf and lasagna! I can definately see them in tuna.

McDonalds fries dipped in a vanilla shake.

That combo is awesome! The fries are good in a chocolate shake too.

I'm a relatively picky eater. But Steve thinks that putting steak sauce on my rice and mashed potatoes at times is odd.

I can see the steak sauce on rice or potatoes. Hmm..I'll have to try the chocolate.
