I finished the Low Carbon Plan and went on to some of the related documents , as you know. Below is a short summary of what I have gleaned so far.

Busy, busy.

Clean coal and carbon capture..............a major flaw in the scheme.
These two have to go together as the term 'clean coal' is an oxymoron. As the most dense of the fossil fuels it contributes much more CO2 to the atmosphere than either oil or gas and is the major source of power generation around the world.
