Interesting the DNA test mentions that if you cut out lactose completely the body stops making lactase which means you often have a real intolerance to it if you reintroduce it into your diet. Fascinating stuff.

It is interesting. I still eat lots of cheese and have milk and yoghurt but what I tend to try and avoid is something like a trifle which includes cream *and* custard. One of them would be fine but both together isn’t a great idea I’ve discovered.

I did once have stitches in my tongue; a damned nuisance and they were well behaved ones with no infection - so you have my very deepest sympathy still.
