I still buy some stuff from Amazon but I make sure it’s through Amazon Smile which gives a proportion of the sales to charity.

Fresh air is definitely the way to go.

The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures really made it clear how masks and fresh air can help. I almost understood the mathematical modelling as well.
