It was neato. I got to see some of those 70-80 mph winds, from a "safe" spot. A bunch of little trees in our neighborhood fell and there are some palm frawns broken off here and there but there isn't any major damage. And of course we didn't lose power. I've been a little bummed since yesterday b/c I had a feeling I wouldn't get to go to work because of this Tropical Storm, turned Hurricane. Well I've worked a few days now at my new internship. So far it's been great. There is nothing all too hard to do but there is always something that needs to be done. It's fun though, mostly b/c the guys are really cool and it's a fun atmosphere. The games start on Friday, where I'll get to see Erin. This vacation from Miami has been really good. I've needed the time away for a bit. Since I've been back from the north I have seen a bunch of people from the olden days. My love for PA is renewed. Oh my goodness it was so absolutely B-E-A-utiful while we were there. I have to keep in mind though that winters aren't as nice and peaceful. I did everything from shooting guns, spotting, driving through the mountains, searching for golfballs, and picking up a boyfriend, amongst many other things. I haven't been so happy ( Read more... )

I had a pretty good week. Hit up the irish pub at Seminole Hard Rock Casino with Shanick. All I can say about it is RRRRROOOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!! Teehee, that was funny stuff.
