I totally understand jobs where you feel like you can do nothing right. I work at one now. Don't take that shit though, disregard their comments and keep the quality of your work by your standards. Complete a task to your standards, don't worry what they will say or how they will react. Because at the end of the day, or when their sitting around talking about their employees, all they'll remember is you got shit done and you kept the kids safe. Being a favorite is fickle with bosses, but being an all over good worker is what lasts. Like this dude at the restraunt, no one really gets a long with him and our boss think he's weird and the guy doesn't give a fuck about making friends, but he's a damn good server and just does his shit. no one can complain. be him.
