There is this yappy dog that lives in my building, which has no soundproofing anyway, and it will not shut up.  Day or night.  I have woken up to this yappy dog's incessant barking for several days in a row now.  He'll just start barking, apparently at nothing, and will not stop.  Ever.  Aren't dogs supposed to bark at something?  He is not barking ( Read more... )
