Anniversary @ Vue de Monde
Last night Leighlu and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary in style at Vue de Monde. It was certainly a fantastic place to celebrate a special ocassion in style. More cake!
Friday was another day at the Savour School of filthy filthy cake and chocolate. We did three french style gateaux in 9 hours. Unfortunately i was a little ill over the weekend so didnt get a chance to taste anything until last night. Luckily they all taste fantastic! CAKE!
I went and did the Special Occasions Cake course at the Savour School on Wednesday and Thursday. Words can't really describe how much fun I had (even with all the learning). The course was mostly about decorating the cakes with chocolate, covering the cake with chocolate ganache and making chocolate characters. It was a chocolate lovers delight! ( Read more... ) -

Well Leigh and i are back from our 4 days in Sydney. We did lots of stuff ™ and saw lots of things™.
