a poem I wrote a month ago :)
Corinna
She warms me with scarlet lipped kisses
but beneath the gloss is the pallor of death
a cold body, when passion retreats.
Our bones touch,
a scientific jigsaw puzzle,
the human skeleton.
I see tiny veins through tissue paper skin,
translucent.
She is a road map,
avenues of ice blood.
