That's probably a good idea. The problem is that I don't even have the motivation to do the things I usually do, which.. isn't a whole lot. Gotta push myself somehow.
This might be a silly suggestion, but perhaps some stimulation would do you well. Try some new things! Give some hobbies or activities a try that you've never tried or seriously pursued before. Try biking, or molding with clay, or puzzle books, or just whatever you can think of that doesn't sound horrendously boring. Try hobbies you enjoy but in a different way than usual. Like drawing? Try drawing what you think your mind looks like! Or a self-portrait with yourself as a landscape! Or Dr. Light wearing a cowboy hat. Like singing? Try singing a genre you've never sung before. Do a cover of My Heart Will Go On. Write a parody of something really serious

I'm kind of in the same boat right now, but I know the best thing I've done in the past when I was in this situation was to take some time out for myself and really think about what I want, ignoring (at least for the moment) and sort of objections coming from other people, or even myself. Take as much time as you need. The important thing is to actually take time out and not try to multitask while doing it.
