It's hot today. I want to go to the park, but I'm going to wait until later, around 5 - when hopefully the sun isn't quite as hot. I got up early and went to yoga with Jess. I am really tired. And a bit grumpy. I skipped the gym yesterday, but went to spinning yesterday which was super intense. I love it. I'm going to go at least once a week. The same instructor teaches a class on Sunday mornings that I may try to go to as well. It may be just what I need to get over this freakin plateau. But yeah, skipping today ( Read more... )

Today was a little crappy. I was supposed to go to a training at another middle school in the neighborhood, but went to school first (because I was told to) and then ended having to stay because there were too many other teachers out.
