I wonder if all the 10,000 ppl who died at new orleans or going to heaven or hell? I bet a lot of them are going to hell coz Jesus said the path to heaven is narrow while most will end up in the burning pitfires of hell. Those ten thousand people had families and friends. They made a mistake but that gives you no right to condem anyone for their actions. If anything YOU are the one who should be worried about how YOU are judged. I am well aware that you think of this whole livejournal thing as a total joke as you're insensitive enough to create an account just to terrorize the support boards. These boards are not only a method of closure for many people, but a beacon of hope. What gives you the right to take those hopes and piss on them? I don't think you'd be this much of a prick if it was your family suffering, if it was your family that you'd been told had died.

I lived in that area for several years, and go back to visit every few years. Is there depravity in "The Quarter"? Yes, there is. And has been for a couple of centuries. Does that mean that ALL the people that live there, may make a living from it are evil? No. Also, remember that New Orleans has a cozy, quiet, small town charm full of culture that we should not lose. There are many major business and industry in the area as well. Many of the residebts do not partake of that lifestyle are going to hell??? NO.

I have lost friends. Many are homeless. It is sad that you would add insult to injury.
