accountability.....

so everything was going alright today- but i did not pack enough food to get me through a 16 hour day so by the time i was driving home i was STARVING and did not do so good after i got home- but that is ok, there is tommorow.

breakfast: two pieces of toast with cream cheese and jelly
                   skim milk

So True Lesson Learned. I am not losing any weight per my scale 3 wks into this lifestyle change. After posting I am upping my calorie intake and spacing my meals 3 hrs apart. Ive also started walking today in an effort to build up my stamina towards other exercise.

Awesome job with staying with this!!!! I know we can do it- we are doing it...plus we are doing it for more than losing weight- we are making changes and learning how to have a healthy lifestyle and a healthy relationship with food......you will see the scale move down- you will......especially with upping your calories, walking, and spacing your meals 3 hours apart! ::BIG HUGS::
