Congrats. I got up this morning and did 1/2 mile on my walking tape. Im going to try to do more when I get home from work this afternoon and some strength training with resistance bands. My knees start to hurt and I have to give in so I can get thru the rest of my day.
I did pilates at the YMCA the other week. OMFG. My abs were hurting for six days after that. I didn't realize how much I use those muscles when I move around. I was also sweating my butt off by the end. The instructor was very encouraging, even though it was obvious I was having some difficulties. Anyway, yeah. I recommend it for anyone who wants to tone up their muscles.
