sore and hurting from doing pilates 3 times a week.
i know i can work up to it but my body is not ready-
from now on 2 times a week- with the other day being cardio...

OUCH!

which pilate's tape are you doing, or do you actually go to classes? all i know is right now from doing my random tapes, my legs are killing me.

I have been doing Ana Caban's Pilates for Weight Loss Tape- which after I bought it learned it is definetely NOT for beginners- but I just do what I can do- but I must have ABS somewhere because they HURT SO BAD! Hope your legs feel better honey!

I woke up with a sore shoulder this morning from doing my resistance band workout yesterday... lol we are all in sad shape

I hope you are feeling better....I am REALLY sore. I think working out 5 days a week is TOO much to start out with...I really do. I am feeling sick and just sore...I am going to have to slow down.

yeah i think its too much for us given where we are weight wise/activity level wise. I do try for 5 days but not all cardio. I do 3 cardio and 2 resistance/strength training. Today I woke up and the shoulder only hurts a little and only occasionally when I turn a certain way.

I am glad your less sore- I am too...YAY!!!
I am going to slow down this week. Only 2 days of pilates and 2 days aerobics!
