Tonight I bought a S7 7 Function ECG Heart Rate Watch, sportline brand, at walmart tonight for about $30. It measures your heart rate, calories burned (based on heart rate), fat burning zone locator, % of Max HR Indicator, multiple exercise timers, dual time display, and time, date, and alarm. I'm so sorry to hear about your parents. I can't imagine how hard this has been for you...and how hard the upcoming months will be. I just experienced my dad's one year death anniversary and it was very hard. I'm here if you need to vent.

You are always in my thought but you will be more so on those days. I know what loss is like and the day to day becomes easier but when you hit the milestones (I just hit 2 years in dec.) it all comes back up. Feel free to lean on your friends if you need support. I know this sounds hard but try to remember the good times!!
