I weigh myself every two weeks........and today was weigh in Friday.

Starting weight: 409
Weight Two Weeks ago: 388
Weight Today: 380

Weight Lost in TWO weeks: 8 pounds
Total Weight Loss: 29lbs

I am VERY happy with the weigh in.....Very Happy!
