i think I might hate livejournal.

My 17th birthday party went really well, even though it was actually a week from my half birthday. I just didn't have time earlier this year to have a party, but I'm glad I had one when I did because it was awesome.

Today Brad came over to help me paint my closet/second room (it was once an attic so it is huge) and we watched My Big Fat Greek Wedding (because I made him) and Animal House (because he made me). Today I got to observe four different surgeries. It was actually really cool! You think you are going to be so grossed out, and that you will faint or freak. Not so when you get in there. You hear the patients talk before the surgery, you realize it's all about people and that it is actually a very humanistic, not dehumanizing profession. Talking ( Read more... )
