It's school conference day and I'm the PE teacher. Needless to say, today is a productive day for me, and of course, my brain is fried. There's a reason I do so much of my lesson planning in the summer - so I don't have to do it now.

Fall is a sneaky thing. It creeps up on you so unexpectedly, yet rather gently too.  Just a week ago I was sweating at recess, and today I could barely have the window open without getting cold.
