What's the point and what's the use?
Last night I woke up pretty early and felt my whole body freeze and burn when I realized that life is meaningless, and so on.
My phone rang, it was a nurse from the health center. I asked them if they could renew the basic lotion prescription, and they said they will contact the doctor again.
Now I have to wait another eight days.

Another nice Monday
Last night I had the usual nightmares, I also had nice but weird dreams.
I got up from my bed in the morning, took my morning meds and vitamin D supplement, got dressed, and had breakfast and coffee.
I made a phone call to the health center and left a callback request.
I heard two loud peeping noises, I think it came outside my apartment.

My plans for Monday, January 27th - Sunday, February 2nd
Monday, January 27th:
I will go to the health center and ask them why they haven't renewed my prescription. Then I will go to the Fountain House.
Then I will go visit two museums.
Tuesday, January 28th:
I will go visit Helmi, go to three museums, and then go visit my parents because they are back from their vacation.

I woke up in the morning when I received a text message telling me that the health center refuses to renew the prescription for my basic lotion. I got so angry that tomorrow I will go there and ask them politely to renew it.

A nice day spent with friends
Anton and Mirette came to my home from the bar about a little after midnight.
I slept on the sofa. I had a nightmare where I was in a Greyhound bus on my way to the countryside and forgot my smartphone at the bus when I got off. It kept on playing in my head in a loop like an annoying film.

Last night I had even worse existential dreads, and the usual anxiety- causing nightmares. I would like to write about what kind of nightmare I had, but I don't want to because it might make me even more anxious.
