GretaCat mistook the human for a tree one too many times this morning, and before she knew it she was in a knee-vise grip getting her claws clipped. All three of the rest of us watched in awe and trepidation, but the human seemed content to limit her pet-grooming efforts to the parts of the one pet that had most recently injured her. It seems the Yuengling is finally (at age 10) learning that humans are not for clawing. I only have to say her name and look sharply at her instead of yelling. It does remind me however of when it is time to trim her claws.

it is hard to think Y is 10! But I've had Sundance that long. She still seems new.

Thank you. It's true that Greta's dignity was not the only thing bruised in the incident, but I also have recovered.
