Don't keep us in suspense. What did Wooly Bear say about winter?

It was light from end to end, which should mean a mild winter. But it is was also dead from end to end - so it might be about as reliable as a clock with a dead battery!

Interesting. I haven't seen any prognosticators around here yet.

ANM saw one a few weeks ago that was all black except for a tiny bit of brown on each end. That looked ominous - but since it was in Mississippi, she didn't get too worried about it. It's hard to imagine what a "severe winter" might mean down here.
