If you're like me, you're always looking to make new resolutions that will bring more comfort, happiness and love into your life. I found this list (adapted from the lovely Gretchen Rubin) a great place to start.

I agree with you 100%. My dad's motto is, "the only day that you don't go out of your way learn something new should be the the day you die."

Are you familiar with Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences? I taught an essay outlining them to a class, earlier this semester and had my students write their own essays, explaining how they play a part in their lives. I got some very interesting papers back from them.
