so it has been decided...we have found a house. the banker called yesterday to say his loan was approved and we are buying the most ADORABLE 4 bedroom/2 bath w/ built in kitchen bar and fully-functional pub bar in basement, complete with keg tap. it's a bit pricy, but still far more inexpensive than some others we have looked at. $130K for the ( Read more... )
