May 6, the day my grandmother so wonderfully reminded me will be a year from when she had a bad fall and broke her hip and wrist.:)

That's Emily's birthday! What a great day to get married. The birth of my first daughter, of course, is one of the best days ever. ;)

Oh- and we're (my trio) playing in a wedding that day too. We just got a call for it today. Ironic...

all the turkeys come with a handydefrost/roast guide on the package. it's according to weight. and there's always the butterball hotline.

as for the apron, well, hell, now I know what to get you for a wedding present.

I just found my old apron. It's got a cute picture that you'd like - a little black cat standing looking at a frog :) Bit small for either of us unfortunately - I think I must have been about 11 or 12 when I last wore it. Used to wear it when I made cookies with my mum and I was always really pleased with it because it had a cat on.
