I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about--as I did it myself not too long ago... and felt pretty much the same.

Just know that you're not weak, or alone, and that it's a damn hard thing to escape.

i'm not gonna pry into what happened (though i have a pretty clear idea).
just know that whatever caused you to do it will pass, and also know that there are many people (including myself) who care about you and always wish you warm and fuzzies.
