RULES
If paying by Paypal, your payment is due immediately. You must have a *Paypal confirmed* address. If you don't know what this is, please contact Paypal. Thank you!
If you are paying by Concealed Cash or a USPS Postal Money Order (no other money orders allowed), your payment must be IN MY HANDS within 7 days.
It is your responsibility to read each description and make sure you know what you getting. If you have any questions, please ask.
Please contact me BEFORE leaving negative feedback. Give me a chance to fix it.
All sales are final. However, if I make a mistake, I will gladly correct it.
Dishonest, deadbeat buyers will be reported to the LJ Community.
PAYMENT
On LiveJournal: I accept Paypal, Concealed Cash, and USPS Postal Money Orders (NO other money orders allowed. Sorry!)
On eCrater: Paypal Only.

SHIPPING
Kawaiisuite ships worldwide and recycles! I pack all items with care and reuse shipping materials whenever possible.
On eCrater: To calculate your shipping and handling charges, add the items to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process (you don't have to place the order).
On LiveJournal: Email me for a shipping quote.
All items will be shipped promptly. I ship items Monday through Friday (except holidays) and usually within 3 business days of receiving payment.
I will provide tracking on all packages. The tracking number will only be emailed to those who request it! I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking says it's been delivered. Insurance is optional but recommended, especially if packages tend to get lost in your country. If you would like to pay for insurance please email me and I will send a revised Paypal invoice.
I ship all items using USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. A small handling fee is included in the shipping cost for packing materials. I package everything carefully with bubble mailers to avoid damage in transit. If you want your items to be shipped with extra protection (example: with a cardboard insert or in a box), additional fees will apply. Please let me know and I will send you a new Paypal invoice with the added fees. Express Mail shipping is available and comes with tracking & insurance.
I offer combined shipping on all my items. Flat rate envelopes and boxes will be used when it saves you money or if you request it.
Please keep in mind that postal delays happen and are UNPREDICTIBLE. As a seller, I have no control over this. If you do not receive your package within 35 days of the ship date, please contact me.
